That's because it's not Japanese. It's a graphic language that Kitty designed to designate markers for fractal memory patterns. It mimics the structure of katakana to offer a larger 'alphabet' to make search algorithms more efficient. I'm rather fluent in it, but I admit that actual Japanese boggles me.
It's just a set of memory pointers for one of the subroutines in my prosthesis that handles heat distribution and venting. Angel saw me running a a diagnostic on my laptop and thought it would be neat for her photography project.
